She's right (and cute)

I got myself a teenager:
(more on that later)

She guest blogged for me below.

And she's right. It is no longer my crazy life.

She would probably call it my boring life.

Some would agree with her. Not me.

I call it my new life.

And it's starting to suit me very well.

There's not a lot to do. But I'm never bored.

There's no where to go. But I love being home.

So, I guess I need a new blog name since it's no longer "My crazy life" although I do still love it.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, I can't think of any creative titles.

But I would like to know if this is the new to do now? Getting yourself a teenager? Where can I get me one?

So...if it's NOT crazy, I'd like to know when and where you and your pals in "America" do the following:

Play softball at 11 pm in full sunlight.

Cut a seal.

Eat BBQ Moose at Church.

Live with Eskimos.

Watch the 2nd longest dog race.

Go fishing for 50 lb fish on the ice.

Get a sunburn in the middle of winter...on the ice.

Travel to Seattle for free, kinda.

See Caribou on the road.

Get calls that you must leave your kids inside because there is a polar bear outside.

Walk anywhere in town in less than 10 minutes.

Learn to sew a seal hat. (I'm gonna teach you this winter)

and lastly... HAVE SUCH COOL FRIENDS!

:) Yeah...I'd leave it. Tell your teenager that if she's bored, come on over to MY HOUSE...cause I have LOTS for her to do...

I love when my kids say they're bored...cause then my house gets clean. I have lists, yo.

:) YOUR CRAZY ESKIMO FRIEND!

My new neighbors just moved here from Anchorage. I went and met them today and we talked all about you. ("Oh she lives WAY up north.) So fun. I think they are missing Alaska right about now. Thanks for being the ice breaker for me. Heh, heh, "ice breaker", that's funny.

i'm loving that you're loving your adventure! and i got choked up about you holding your big boy's hand. my oldest are about 2 years younger than yours and i'm starting to see that they just aren't my babies anymore. it's very poignant.

keep up the great blogging, regardless of what you call it! and HOW do you afford pickles for that much (or shoot - the more necessary TOILET PAPER) good grief! no wonder you brought tubs of goods home with you!

blessings, girl. many blessings,
karin
