Of course Trish left out the part where she gagged, spit the egg into the sink, and gagged some more.

The Shells are beautiful though.

I'm so impressed that you tried them! Now I can say Ewwwwwww!!! I can see how they would taste kinda fishy.

I would imagine that they don't taste like chicken :-)

Did ya'll scramble them too? Did anyone like them? Do they sell those at your grocery store??

I'm gagging just thinking about it! I like fish and I like eggs, but fishy eggs? Ick! Good for you for giving it a try!!

Was Cathy there "egging" this on? I am sure she got a huge chuckle from it.

oooooh girl, I'm shaking my head and thinking, "Nasty, Nasty" and "thanks for ruining my breakfast."

Of course they are going to taste disgusting, do you know what seagulls eat!

I will say though, I'm super proud of you for trying it.

Loving these pics!

Props! They are amazing, I think anyway. I think I will have some at lunch time today.

and if you want, I could blow one of mine out, so you can have just the shell. to show off (=

Brave girl!

The shells sure are pretty though.

And boy am I glad I don't have to pay your grocery store prices! WOWZA...that was eye-opening.

Here's my idea - a seagull egg fritata with wild rice, spinach and salmon diced into it and lots of cheese...

or not...

maybe just blow out the egg, keep the shells and make a super cool wreath or a bird nest deal under one of those glass apothecary jar things - you know... go crafty...

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! Are you eating them because food is so expensive and they're free on the beach? :-)

I don't associate "fishy" with eggs. LOL That must've been um...interesting. Would they be better mixed with stuff--like scrambed with LOTS and lots of cheese, seasons, etc. lol

You have alot of guts! LOL. I sure wouldn't try those. I can't even eat chicken eggs, let alone those. Cathy is sure breaking you in to Alaska life. LOL. Hope you guys are doing great. I am sure I will see you around soon!

PS. I am so glad your husband is able to detain customers. He was a big help to me on Thursday.

LOL! That is awesome. Good for you for trying them! Thanks for the visit and encouraging comment.

My husband is still keeping up his physical training. He's the type who, once he makes a decision, follows through!

Why do you like Alaska? How do you see it as a good place to raise a family? Just interested in your thoughts and experience. Have a wonderful day! :)

Oh, and red is my favorite color, too!
